At Zosito, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which orders may be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.


1. Order Cancellation

a) Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

  • To cancel an order, customers must contact our support team immediately after placing the order.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

b) After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch under normal circumstances.

  • In exceptional cases, Zosito reserves the right to decide on cancellation.


2. Return Policy

Due to the nature of our Ayurvedic and wellness products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Expired product received

In such cases, customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch

  • Product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect

  • Order lost in transit

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.


4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Failed delivery due to unavailability of customer

  • Opened or used products

  • Discounted or promotional items (unless defective)


5. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability and situation.


6. Refund Processing Time

  • Online payments: 7–10 business days

  • UPI/Card/Net Banking: As per bank processing time

  • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer after verification
